Vive la galette des reines et des rois 2020 !

On Tuesday, January 21, the pupils of the school and their families gathered to share a piece of Galette des Rois, a French almond-based pie which is baked and eaten throughout the month of January in France.

On this occasion the pupils of the small classes sang « J’aime la galette, savez-vous comment ? », while dancing.
At the end of the tasting, a dozen of queens and kings were crowned, and children’s eyes marveled when they discovered the hidden « fève ».
The galettes, as well as the bottles of cider and apple juice were offered with the support of the E. Leclerc store in Ljubljana.
Mr. Jure Konič, chief financial officer of the store E. Leclerc in Ljubljana, Mrs. Jasmina Erjavec, assistant manager of the EFL, and Mrs. Florence Ferrari, Ambassador of France in Slovenia.
